Whiskey was my first Belgian Tervuren and my first competition dog.  He was very well-rounded.  In obedience he achieved a Dog Word Award, did well at a Gaines Regional in Open, earned his U-UD in six trials, and before he was retired due to injury he also accummulated U-OCH points.  He earned his TD on his first try.  He passed an endurance test in shutzhund by trotting/running for twelve miles beside me on a bicycle and then doing obedience immediately afterwards and earned the Sch-AD.  He passed the requirements for a HIC on the first try and hadn't seen sheep before.  Although he was naturally protective he also served as a therapy dog and made many visits to nursing homes.

I  miss him.
