Legend made his debut at an UKC show at the age of six months, earned his UKC Championship at 18 months, and his UKC Grand Championship at 2 years 8 months.
In performance events he likes agility, he is easy to run and has a lovely jumping style. He earned his AXJ in four trys, the U-ACH in 2.5 weekends of trials, and had a 50% Q rate for the UACHX.  After earning the UACHX at the 2006 UBSDA National he earned the first GRACH  leg the next day. He earned the MX in 8 weekends of trials.  He is now competing in Preferred and made it to Excellent JWW level in two weekends, standard on the third weekend.  
He is the first BSD to earn both the GRCH and the UGRACH, and the sixth dog of any breed to earn this combination of UKC titles.
He also loves to go with Brig the Lab to field training and hunt tests where he can listen to the gun shots and watch the dogs run around like crazy in the field.  He finds that very entertaining. 
He is a very pleasant dog to be around, loving everyone and everything, earning him the nickname "Mr. Pleasant."
